1. Overview

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Omega Dashboard LLC, a Florida limited liability company, for your access to and use of OmegaDashboard, including the website, dashboard, widgets, subscriptions, token packs, AI-assisted tools, and related services.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a plan, buying tokens, connecting a third-party account, or using OmegaDashboard, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Important: Some widgets have additional feature-specific terms or notices. Those terms apply when you enable or use the relevant widget.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use OmegaDashboard. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use OmegaDashboard only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may use OmegaDashboard as an individual consumer or on behalf of a business, organization, or other entity if you have authority to bind that entity.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs through your account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may use identity providers such as Google and Firebase authentication to operate account access. Your use of those providers is also subject to their terms and privacy policies.

4. Subscriptions, Token Packs, and Billing

OmegaDashboard may offer free access, paid subscriptions, and token packs. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment processor we identify at checkout. We do not control Stripe's independent processing of payment credentials.

You may cancel a subscription. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and access to paid subscription features continues until that period ends. After cancellation, your account may revert to the free tier.

Token packs remain available until used, subject to these Terms and any abuse, fraud, chargeback, or account termination limits. If your subscription tier drops, unused purchased tokens may remain available, but subscription-only benefits may end.

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, where explicitly stated at checkout, or where OmegaDashboard chooses to grant a refund in its discretion.

5. User Content and Uploaded Materials

You may upload or provide content such as profile images, prompts, files, links, images, audio, video, or other material when supported by a feature. You keep ownership of your content, but you grant OmegaDashboard the limited rights needed to host, process, display, transform, transmit, store, and operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the rights needed to provide any content you submit. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring that your use of OmegaDashboard does not violate law, third-party rights, or platform policies.

6. AI-Assisted Features

OmegaDashboard may include AI-assisted generation, summarization, classification, editing, analysis, or automation features. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it.

AI features are not professional advice. OmegaDashboard does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, safety, or other regulated professional advice. If a feature uses a third-party AI provider, your use may also be subject to that provider's applicable terms and policies.

You are responsible for prompts, uploads, instructions, and generated results you choose to create, store, share, publish, or use.

7. Third-Party Services and Integrations

OmegaDashboard may connect to third-party services such as Google, YouTube, Google Drive, Stripe, Firebase, AI model providers, media services, or other integrations. Third-party services are not controlled by OmegaDashboard, and their terms, policies, availability, data practices, quotas, and service limits may apply.

When you connect a third-party account, you authorize OmegaDashboard to access and process data from that service as needed to provide the feature you enabled. You may disconnect integrations where supported.

8. YouTube and Google API Features

Certain widgets may use YouTube API Services or Google APIs. By using YouTube-powered features, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy.

You can manage or revoke Google account access through Google's permissions page. YouTube-specific disclosures may appear inside the relevant widget's Terms and Privacy notices.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse OmegaDashboard. Prohibited conduct includes attempting to bypass security or quotas, scraping or overloading systems, using the service for unlawful activity, infringing intellectual property rights, distributing malware, harassing others, attempting unauthorized access, abusing payment systems, or using automation in a way that harms the service or other users.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access if we believe your use creates legal, security, operational, financial, or reputational risk.

10. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using OmegaDashboard at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create risk for the service, or if continued access would be unlawful or commercially unreasonable.

Termination may affect access to dashboards, widgets, saved settings, integrations, subscription features, and tokens, subject to applicable law and any separate written commitments.

11. Disclaimers

OmegaDashboard is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegaDashboard disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, data accuracy, or that outputs will meet your needs.

We do not guarantee that third-party services, APIs, AI models, quotas, payment processors, hosting platforms, or integrations will remain available or unchanged.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegaDashboard and its owners, managers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party platform action.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OmegaDashboard's total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to OmegaDashboard for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

13. Governing Law, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at Ops@omegadashboard.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and OmegaDashboard agree that disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except for claims that may be brought in small claims court or claims seeking injunctive relief for unauthorized use, security abuse, or intellectual property misuse.

You and OmegaDashboard agree to bring claims only on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or by requiring renewed acceptance. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
