1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Omega Dashboard LLC collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use OmegaDashboard, including our website, dashboard, widgets, subscriptions, token packs, AI-assisted tools, and integrations.

By using OmegaDashboard, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Some widgets may also include feature-specific privacy notices.

2. Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, authentication identifiers, profile image, subscription status, token balance, billing state, and settings.

We may collect content and configuration information you provide, such as prompts, widget settings, saved layouts, uploaded profile pictures, files or media you choose to connect or display, generated content, and support messages.

We may collect technical information such as device, browser, IP address, log data, security events, usage data, error reports, and diagnostics needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to provide OmegaDashboard, authenticate users, save settings and layouts, operate widgets, process payments, deliver support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, enforce terms, analyze performance, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Payments

Payments are currently processed through Stripe. OmegaDashboard may receive payment status, subscription, invoice, product, price, and transaction metadata from Stripe. We do not intentionally store full payment card numbers on our own servers.

5. Third-Party Integrations

If you connect a third-party service, OmegaDashboard may access, store, cache, and process information from that service as needed to provide the connected feature. The exact data depends on the integration and permissions you authorize.

Third-party services may process your information under their own terms and privacy policies.

6. YouTube API Services

Some OmegaDashboard widgets use YouTube API Services. When you connect a YouTube or Google account, OmegaDashboard requests read-only permissions needed to display YouTube channel and analytics information you authorize.

Depending on enabled features, YouTube data may include channel profile details, video metadata, thumbnails, video identifiers, recent analytics metrics, subscriber changes, retention data, shares, comment counts, demographics, and per-video performance data. Comment thread data is accessed only if comment aggregation is enabled.

OmegaDashboard uses YouTube data to display YouTube analytics and creator workflow information inside the service, to cache results for reliability and quota control, and to support features you enable. OmegaDashboard does not sell YouTube API data.

Use of YouTube-powered features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. You may revoke OmegaDashboard's Google access through Google's permissions page.

When you disconnect the YouTube integration, OmegaDashboard is designed to revoke the stored Google token, delete cached YouTube Authorized Data from server storage, and clear browser-side YouTube Pod cache where possible. We may retain limited operational audit fields, such as disconnection time, token revocation status, and non-content usage counters.

7. AI-Assisted Features

AI features may process prompts, uploaded materials, connected-service data, generated output, and instructions you provide. Some AI processing may involve third-party model providers. Outputs may be stored where needed to provide history, billing, safety, or workflow features.

Do not provide sensitive information to AI features unless you are comfortable with that information being processed for the feature you selected.

8. Storage, Security, and Retention

We use technical, administrative, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, support billing, and operate legitimate business records. Retention periods may vary by data type and feature.

9. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help operate OmegaDashboard, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, observability, payment processing, AI model, email, support, and security providers.

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, enforcement of our terms, business transfer, or to protect rights, safety, and service integrity.

10. Your Choices

You may disconnect supported integrations, revoke Google account permissions, cancel subscriptions, request support, or stop using the service. Some browser-side storage can be cleared through your browser settings.

To request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy assistance, contact us at Ops@omegadashboard.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.

11. Children

OmegaDashboard is not directed to children under 13. Users under the age of majority should use the service only with parent or guardian permission.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the service, by email, or through renewed consent where appropriate.
